We have extensive experience working with Large Language Models (especially GPT-3, GPT-3.5 and GPT-4) to create flexible and fluent conversations while training teams in the skills and techniques needed to manage these products on an ongoing basis.
Alongside this we are also one of the largest publishers of Alexa skills in the world with over 80 voice-first experiences across 15 countries.
